It’s about 11 miles out Carmel Valley from Route 1, but also out of the traffic and congestion of the Monterey/Carmel area. Has a small restaurant and bar with above average food and a great bartender. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and spacious. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Coffee maker has fresh ground coffee! The owners are friendly and helpful.
